John Lavicka, CDT
John is a second generation family member to own and manage Dental Ceramics, Inc. Having grown up in the business at the bench of his father, Charlie, John joined the company in 1972 and became it’s president in 1988. In 2006, John established The Center for Exceptional Practices, an ADA CERP and AGD PACE recognized provider of dental education, to enable restorative dentists to achieve higher levels of clinical excellence. John is very much “hands-on” in all aspects of client relationships and business operations at Dental Ceramics, Inc. His vision, energy and high professional standards were instrumental in the construction of the new, “green” facility which opened in 2008. John is a frequent guest speaker for dental organizations across the country.

Andrew Lavicka
Drew grew up working summers in the family business before leaving for college and pursing motion graphics and film. After working two years in a Los Angeles design firm, Drew returned to Ohio to continue his pursuit of knowledge in dentistry and dental technology. He makes certain Dental Ceramics is always improving the art and science of dental restorations through emerging technologies; he also focuses on quality control, business operations, doctor/patient services, and technical training. Drew is active in a variety of dental professional organizations, and regularly attends continuing education workshops.
