Digital Impression Systems
Soon, the days of messy, uncomfortable and repeated dental impressions will be eliminated. Cutting-edge digital impression systems such as iTero®, Lava COS® and others, use optical scanning devices to produce a digital file of a patient’s tooth via beams of light or video capture. The images are uploaded to a secure laboratory computer where the requested restoration is completed in less time* and with extraordinary accuracy than traditional methods.
